    I've been performing fluorescence microscopy experiments for years and was mostly trained on the job. Having watched this video, a lot of things that didn't make sense before, both in data acquisition and analysis, have clicked. And it only took ~30 minutes. Must-watch for all students/researchers employing fluorescence microscopy experiments!

    Resolution limit = 2* (pixel_size / Magnification)
    This is literally all I needed but it was nowhere to be found. Thank you for this!

      Why are higher bits necessaroly.brighter..that's not true necessarily..they might all be darker and therefore dark..

    Can I use a normal digital camera and analyze the particle using the image I take with it ? what is a proper lens for it ?
