@chef_amy - Amy, I agree with you. I think the Mei Gan Kou Rou would go well in a Pie Recipe. You could use the Mei Gan Kou Rou, and make a Hakka Mei Gan Kou Rou Wellington, Shepherd’s Pie, or Meat Pie. Lol. 😊
Wow, it's incredible to have Leicha mixing pound cakes that also added in sticky mochi. Nice combinations.😊 I wish I was in the program to try the cake and the pei.🤤

@@chef_amy 包在裡面的擂茶粉可以加蜂蜜或楓糖,讓它比較不會太乾,可以試試看自己調秘密配方!👍🥰👌

哎,看得到吃不到😅.~有一種客家菜包,外皮是綠色軟糯的,裡面有菜脯,特別好吃.還有一種客家鹹湯圓,湯圓挺大的,裡面是鹹的肉末,湯裡有茼蒿菜,我小時候吃過,但長大以後再也沒有看到了.....很希望有一天會看見Amy再把他們發揚光大.😊

客家擂茶我未吃過,材料好豐富,吃擂茶對身體好,我也希望有機會試下,不過在香港也難一些,還要認識客家人才有機會。我在昨天買了台灣出產的擂茶茶包,希望好吃吧,這樣也挺方便的,港幣 55 元有九折,一袋有 12 小包,每包加 150 至 200 cc 熱開水來沖泡。
能不能在你餐廳食到,想吃😊
