Actually they put the disclaimer there because Games Workshop the past few years has been cracking down and sueing artists for making videos or other artwork of Warhammer without their permission. It has really caused a huge shitstorm with the playerbase because GW are dicks.
Flashgitz started with 40k animation but GW had them all removed years ago, this was like 2008-2010 if I recall. I really wish I could man, but I just can’t help but feel disgusted, angry, and uncomfortable from it. The thought of it just drives me nuts because of how many people abuse it to threaten and harass furries and seeing furries getting hurt alone makes me sick. You guys can enjoy it if you want.
