Ovela, as much as I was amazed at KZ's performance being her first time to audition at the X-Factor TV show, I was actually more amazed at how well you know these iconic Filipino singers, the likes of Gary Valenciano & Martin Nievera, as if you had been watching them on a regular basis. I know for a fact that you'd reacted to them a couple of times before but remembering their names, more so their label status, with spontaneity is in fact an amazing attribute of yours. I have watched this on TV. I was roommates with someone who knew her in college and we just had to see it when it was first shown. Despite being so great in this audition, i remember her always being the crowd and judges' favorite all through out the season. Plus she never had a negative comment. Always praises. we all kinda knew she would win it from the beginning. Lol. She was amazing.

You’re comparing Marcelito with KZ on stage presence. They’re different personality wise and the style of singing. Saying Marcelito is stoic when singing or performing , perhaps there’s truth to that but voice alone he has perfected it. Perhaps that’s how he perform not much into emotion and sometimes being effortless is disadvantage to the performance. However, there are so many stoic performers out there but they have the perfect vocals and still selling out venues. Some make up with full size band and orchestra and some add color and excitement with the use of dancers, lights and background videos not mentioning them playing an instrument. Overall, it’s the voice that matters stoic or not. Both KZ and Marcelito are great performers with different styles, genre and personality. They still have their own fan base and followers

She was very good then and has only gotten better. She also mentioned that the dress was a loaner. She did not have anything to wear.

As far as I know KZ is a band vocalist from DIGOS CEBU she was discovered and brought to Manila she’s really superb and she was discovered
