For 6th years, this means they can complete their 7th (and final) year at Hogwarts. McGonagall has additional offers for Hermione and for Harry as student/teachers. At the Ministry, Minister Shackelbolt offer Harry a job with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement as an Auror.
