December so far. For me has been a continuation of strength and doing what’s best for me to enable everything else in my life to open up opportunities for me and learn more about who I really am on every level. One thing I have been aware of all my life is that I will never change who I am , I will always be true to myself and I am that way with others ❤

I definitely feeling the need for the external validation, now trying to seek that validation from within-still feeling the rejection but hope for wholeness.
It's beautiful but, frankly, we all need validation and to be seen. That inevitable. We can't "get away" from that. We are all wired to feel seen and heard 🌿
@@verav222 I agree. However, the word you used is “need.” I think the point is we are journeying towards a place where whilst it’s lovely to be seen, we shouldn’t need it to feel validated. We validate ourselves. It’s only “inevitable “ if we’re still needing it and we haven’t recognised nor healed the wound that needs external validation to feel worth something ❤️🩹

I was incredibly humbled by the reversal of roles and was struck by so much anxiety over “omg… is this how HE felt when I said and did these things?” Even though I believed I was coming from a place of love, I didn’t realize what I was doing until it was done to me. Totally eye opening. I’m relieved that I’m not alone in this experience ❤
