As a current patient, I believe the staff need to watch this and be reminded that people are here because they need help. Don't lock us up and speak to us like animals. Engage with us, treat us with respect and aid our recovery. You have done none of these things for me and I don't trust a word that is said to me. I cling on to what you tell me so if you say your going to do something, standby your words. Words are easy to say but it's actions that we need to see. I wouldn't want to leave an animal in the care of some of these "nurses" and the truth needs to be heard as promo videos paint the service in a light that is biased, in the wrong way. The Whiteleaf Centre has completely hindered and put back my recovery. The whole service is based on box ticking, and risk assessing NOT THE PATIENT BUT YOURSELVES AND COVERING YOURSELVES.
