I looked over the city of Sacramento and it said The city only put up the Wilcox speakers because the pedestrian button speakers didn’t work earlier, but some Caltrans workers fixed it, but still haven’t removed the Wilcox speakers.
Buttons are working properly it’s just that you don’t hear an audio, but the red light is on and it’s because the speaker is either broken or something is blocking the sound.

@@STUAA2025 there is an AAP which is the one from 2017 and the one in 2019 is the APS one and then Guardian came out in 2021.
The light blinking inside the button is just not an issue issue with a button. It’s just something to indicate that the circuit is working.
