Are you familiar with Linux? You can install GalliumOS on this, which is kind of an subunit Linux variant OS. This can run many Linux software including almost any code editor or IDE. You have to unlock the computer (it can’t be a school laptop from a public school for example. If it is, and you’ve already graduated you can contact the school to unlock the laptop or remove it from their supervision). You have to set the chrome book to developer mod and look online for “Dell chromebook 11 3120 GalliumOS” installation. This will erase everything on the laptop and install a fresh Linux OS on it. I installed it a week ago and it works amazing.
You need to be an advanced user. You have to dual boot using crouton or can install custom firmware and full galliumOS. See galliumOS wiki for chromebook instructions

Charger has a thick cumbersome cable with big plug on the side - difficult to keep it on your lap. Screen opens 180deg. Keyboard is splash proof. Good battery

The webcam can record decent video quality as I have used it for school use. But since it is not HD or 4k its not that recommended for good streaming
