cause in the dragon nest lore sorceress are generally dark magic users whereas cleric are the ones that uses light elemental magic

Well according to lore in Dragon Nest, magic in Lagendia (which is Dragon Nest take place), can only be learned by Ancient Race. Magic in Dragon Nest divided by 2 in general. Vision Magic (all sorceress job skill) and Divine Magic (all cleric job magic skill).
Vision Magic is a type of magic that revolves on the usage of the elements of fire, ice and darkness, as well as magic that does not carry an element (in this case, LASER LINE SKILL). In contrast to Divine Magic, which is based on the goddess Altea, using Light Element in practice.
There is one Ancient people that capable using all magic called Sage Arno. Sage Arno has 2 apprentice, MARIAN which is proficient in Vision Magic that someday she will become founder of Fairystar Sorcerer Academy and JACOB proficient in Divine Magic that someday will be founder of Cleric Ordo.
After death of Sage Arno, Marian and Jacob have different view on how they will teach magic to keeping legacy from their teacher. Marian say magic is must included all element in universe which is Vision Magic is more superior than Divine Magic and vice versa. After long debate, the two finally separate and establish their own magic school and take vow to never teach other magic for eternity.
That's why Sorceress line never have Light Magic base skill (but ruined by 3rd Smasher Awakening skill which is now electrode enemy on impact, lol ED destroying their own lore). And Cleric never have Dark Magic attack.
*But, Arc Heretic have Dark Attack. Yes, but that not Magic skill. So i considerer Arc Heretic not destroying the Lore.

May I know why your laser enegy did not consume when using laser cutter?
She/he didn’t upgrade the laser on the 4th job I believe. It’s been so long I haven’t played. But if you don’t upgrade it. It doesn’t consume your laser energy. I learned the hard way. :(
Did u not get the awakening mastery for the Lasser Cutter?
The laser energy is better to use on Lazer Ray than in cutter
Last minute is just pure bullying
