Coincidentally I just recently bought (at my local club auction) a White Ace album of Kennedy dedicated stamps from the dunes countries. Matches what you said about how popular he was amongst other countries of the world. I am still looking for that Harding perf 11 ... part of the retirement planning ;)
    Thanks for the presentation!

That's a fantastic find at your local club auction! It's fascinating to see how President Kennedy's legacy reaches so far. I'm not sure if there is a comparison. Your pursuit of the Harding perf 11 sounds like a stellar retirement plan.😄🍀 Good luck on the hunt and stay tuned for more engaging content!

That's interesting that Greece had a memorial issu commemorating world leaders like Roosevelt also without black borders, but then King Constantine I's stamp had one. Perhaps the black border is reserved as a special tribute reserved for Greek figures or royalty. We really appreciate you sharing that with us. May your collection continue to grow and inspire curiosity!

@@iscnyThanks, yes my Greece collection is growing. i recently bought issues from 1958-1995 in MNH as i had the hinged them. i hate hinges and if necessary they should be used for used stamps. i am compiling my own pages with Album Easy..and i'm doing the Charity Tax Stamps 1912-1956. About 110 stamps.

You touch upon a major topic in stamp collecting. ISCNY has an ongoing passionate discussion between its members on the issue of hinging. While most would agree with you, and some of the younger collectors eschew hinges entirely, we have members who still advocate for hinging. Partly because of habit, partly because of ease and partly because of esthetics. Congratulations on your latest aquisitions! There's nothing better than building a beautiful colleciton.
