I never realized until later in my life how much I really missed my Father! This video was so perfect for me. I now can talk freely about my fathers death how it affected me throughout my life.
I lost my father in february and i did lots of mistakes, i took him for granted and i was not there when he needed me the most and i cant get rid of guilt and i cant live normally jet. It can not be changed by any means neither by meditation. He was an unconditional love to me and i lost him. It seems to me as an unfinished business! I dont know why i am writing this to you, just i felt a connection. God bless you and your father.

Thanks for sending this information out into the world. Sounds and vibration fields are an immense aspect of living an awakened life and I've gained tremendous knowledge how to better utilize them in my spiritual practice. I started listening to bineural beets about 4 years ago. I highly recommend.
Can you link me to a good one? There's a lot online, I don't know which ones are good or bad. I've heard some do more harm than good.
@@JonnyChaos Feeling the same way. But what one may take ahold to a beat/music may be different from you, us. Just listen and if it feels good, reaches your soul.. then use it. :)
I used various “Hemisync” CD’s/recordings from The Monroe Institute. I happen to have found them very effective. These sound tracks actually took me down a very similar understanding as spoken of here. I should also mention that I used them for 45 to 60 minute meditations nearly everyday for about one year. It took a couple of weeks to really start benefiting as most peoples must go through a “clearing” phase as she also mentions before the more profound insights occur. There are apps out there that might serve well also. Blessings ~

This video is synchronicity for me, I have been asking my guides and God about meditation as I find it difficult to just sit with myself. I have wondered if it's better to do guided meditations, as doing these is in my view better than nothing, but I wondered if I would be able to tap in to my higher self talking to me if I'm listening to someone else talk! Then I saw your video a couple of days ago, put off watching it until today. I had been getting "hints" all the time about meditating... and I'm like.. "yeah I know, I should be meditating", but wasn't of course. Now I've watched this, it's meant for me I am positive, and I'm going to check out this lady and the Heart Math site. I have much locked up pain from my childhood, and am now at age 66 (on the 20th of March) finally releasing, finally awakening, finally moving forward and forgiving. Thank you Anthony for your work, priceless information. I think you are Heaven sent! ♥
