I never realized until later in my life how much I really missed my Father! This video was so perfect for me. I now can talk freely about my fathers death how it affected me throughout my life.
I lost my father in february and i did lots of mistakes, i took him for granted and i was not there when he needed me the most and i cant get rid of guilt and i cant live normally jet. It can not be changed by any means neither by meditation. He was an unconditional love to me and i lost him. It seems to me as an unfinished business! I dont know why i am writing this to you, just i felt a connection. God bless you and your father.

Check Loch Kelly, Shift Into Freedom. TH-cam. His glimpse practices unhook from thinking into Awareness Aware of itself. One fairly quickly comes to the knowingness that there is only Awareness, and all sensations including thinking arise from that.

Yes... past persons, teachers, relatives, siblings, friends, being negative towards you often resurfaces back to you as an adult. That's what I'm noticing now. I do say my gratifications every day... say my thank you, visualutions everyday. I'm working on riding myself of those bad thoughts and looking forward to a happy and meaningful life. Blessings. :)

An aspect of Christs original/actual teachings: "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours...."
Its unfortunate the churches/religions either misunderstood, or intentionally misinterpreted these teachings for manipulative, controlling, fear manifesting and wealth generating purposes. Instead of their intended purpose of freeing the individual from the confusion/suffering of invalid reasoning, they created even more suffering, confusion, conflict that exists obviously to this day. Its as simple as that truly, for those with eyes to see, ears to hear, and minds to free. Free yo mind yo ass'l follow...😂😇😔ohhhmmm

John 16: 23-24 original passage before the council of Nicea. The passage originally said:
"All things that you ask straightly and directly from inside my name you shall be given. So far you have not done this. Ask without hidden motive and be surrounded by your answer. Be enveloped by what you desire, that your gladness be full."
@@chrisarcanas5479 That "original passage" is something written by someone else, and it sounds like drawn out bs to me. Try "speaking" with christ yourself and see whats true. Otherwise your bieng told what to believe/think.

Can you link me to a good one? There's a lot online, I don't know which ones are good or bad. I've heard some do more harm than good.
@@JonnyChaos Feeling the same way. But what one may take ahold to a beat/music may be different from you, us. Just listen and if it feels good, reaches your soul.. then use it. :)
I used various “Hemisync” CD’s/recordings from The Monroe Institute. I happen to have found them very effective. These sound tracks actually took me down a very similar understanding as spoken of here. I should also mention that I used them for 45 to 60 minute meditations nearly everyday for about one year. It took a couple of weeks to really start benefiting as most peoples must go through a “clearing” phase as she also mentions before the more profound insights occur. There are apps out there that might serve well also. Blessings ~

This video is synchronicity for me, I have been asking my guides and God about meditation as I find it difficult to just sit with myself. I have wondered if it's better to do guided meditations, as doing these is in my view better than nothing, but I wondered if I would be able to tap in to my higher self talking to me if I'm listening to someone else talk! Then I saw your video a couple of days ago, put off watching it until today. I had been getting "hints" all the time about meditating... and I'm like.. "yeah I know, I should be meditating", but wasn't of course. Now I've watched this, it's meant for me I am positive, and I'm going to check out this lady and the Heart Math site. I have much locked up pain from my childhood, and am now at age 66 (on the 20th of March) finally releasing, finally awakening, finally moving forward and forgiving. Thank you Anthony for your work, priceless information. I think you are Heaven sent! ♥
