Thank you for everything Jeff. There isn't a tune or melody written that you couldn't elevate to another dimension. Over the Rainbow indeed... You are and will continue to be missed.
Its extraordinary how much I miss him. I suppose he was the soundscape of my youth, blown away by blow by blow - diamond dust,, started from there.. Don't put off tomorrow....
@@steveludwig4200 You're verbose. You're wrong about Jeff Beck. His phrasing and use of pitch bending is unique. Certainly beyond the ken of Ritchie Blackmore. Your're also trolling again with insults and hiding behind supposedly arguing an "opinion." Speaking ill of a deceased great musician is on you.
OMG - Jeff taking things to another level on whatever he played! Amid all the concentration required for a performance like that, giving the finger to whoever was heckling is just the icing on the cake. For a combination of technique, power, musicality and tenderness there may never be the like again. RIP to an absolute master!
Jeff Beck is such an influential figure in the world of guitar, yet I’ve never heard anyone sound anything like him. It genuinely must be exhausting making every note sound so different. Its really captivating to watch/listen to
Narada Michael Walden has an amazing list of credits over his career - great musician & producer - he first collaborated with Jeff Beck back in the 70's .. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narada_Michael_Walden

大好きジェフ・ベック…貴方は私にとって永遠のアイドルです。
Jeff flew over the rainbows he painted with his soundscapes. This performance is even more moving now. Miss the guy so much already.

Is that the drummer that played with Journey for a while about a year ago?
It's Narada Michael Walden behind the drums. And yes he was in Journey
