I literally took the day off work, was ready to go hours before 10 am and had 9 devices, my sister and my niece helping and still was not able to get tickets. After waiting for about 1.5 hours I finally went in and when I found tickets and clicked “pay now” the app wouldn’t load. I kept trying and it kept happening and then tickets sold out. I’m still so upset. I was trying for rose bowl as well I’m traumatized but I’m trying again on Friday.
Thank you for this video though it’s very helpful. I’m just gonna call on Friday. And I have coworkers who will help me and I’ll buy them food after.

Call a few seconds/mins before the countdown ends! I was able to get floor tickets (luckily on my first try) by calling when the countdown was at 6 minutes left... I just made the voice repeat the second part over and over until the countdown was at a few seconds left.

Nah man i was in my phone during school and my friend was home with all her devices surrounding her. We waited an hour intake queue because we weren’t able to enter the preque. We were still waiting and I had a test in like ten minutes. And right before the bell ring I get the text “WE GOT THEM AJSJSHSJHSHKD” I JUMP FROM MY SEAT AND SCREECHED. So I was very fortunate enough to get tickets for September last year and see them in LA and this tour coming up (so excited you have no idea) because I actually called to buy my ticket instead of using my phone and laptop.
I was able to get through 4 times! I completely recommend it! My experience it’s better cause sometimes you can crash on the internet and lose your tickets easily. Only thing is that you can’t buy multiple, only one ticket per call. They give you an order number and you’ll get the tickets in the mail!
I hope this tip will help a lot you guys and I can’t wait to see them again! 😍❤️

In that sense, look to see when the tickets are selling in your timezone. I live in mountain time, the 10 am ticket sale there is 11 am over here. be prepared.
I check out the venue on the site a couple days before and day of the ticket sale. make sure you know what section you're going for, prices and rows are also something you should consider. of course, the seats closer to the stage are going to be more likely sold fast, so if you're looking for seats like those, I would try to get there really fast into pre-queue. I would also recommend getting help from your parents/friends/siblings to get in the queue just in case something goes wrong!
Look on social media to see how others are getting their own tickets. If all else fails, you have a backup.
i forgot to mention, if your going with friends, avoid getting tickets separately. I didn't go with friends but try to make one paypal and have your friends pitch in there so you have the best chances of being beside each other or at least close. I haven't done that method, but I would recommend it for that reason.
finally, don't lose hope. try, try again. fighting! assuming your planning on getting tickets, good luck! its hard and stressful, but you got this (ˇ۶òᴗó)۶! let me know too! take care!

GUYS another tip for ticketing (for any concert, really) is: CALL YOUR BANK THE MORNING OF TICKET PURCHASING! let them know to expect a purchase from ticketmaster on your card.
what happened to me during the ARMY Presale for Rose Bowl is that i chose two gold soundcheck tickets that were so close to the stage! but my card was frozen when i tried to complete the purchase, so it kept releasing the tickets that i was trying to choose. this is how i lost soundcheck :( i’m fortunate to have caught the problem on time and got floor tickets but please just CALL YOUR BANK THE DAY OF YOUR PURCHASE!!!

Calling is 100% the best bet on getting tickets you want. Although their lines get extremely busy, it's the best way from my experience.
I was extremely lucky enough to get floor tickets on my first try, in one of the sections I was aiming for too. Before the Rose Bowl tickets went on sale, I practiced on MetLife and the ticketmaster queue is absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad I decided to just call for Rose Bowl and not mess with the website, even though that decision was really risky...
I started to call the number when the countdown was at 6-10 minutes left. I got through when it was at 6 minutes (I believe?) and I just made the automatic voice repeat the part where you say it's the BTS concert or a different event (that they list). I literally made it repeat the list over 10 times until the countdown was at a few seconds left. This is how I got my floor tickets over the phone.
(I didn't even know it was going to work, by making it repeat stuff over and over until the countdown ended lol)

Aww I'm sorry about the floor seats. The site is pretty confusing, because even if you click on a seat, it can be taken from you so quickly. That happened to my friend on twitter whose computer froze and she eventually lost them as well :( And order of the phone is good, yet hard cause the money is taken from the account and you have the invoice from your bank, but you just got to wait until the mail arrives. I am in the same boat as you.
Tip for those trying again: I waiting in the cue on my phone (the app) and my laptop for at least 20 minutes but that guy was not moving at all. Eventually started calling the ticketmaster number, switching between the non automated line and the automated line even if I kept getting busy tones each time. Eventually got through to the automated line and though the process takes time eventually got a ticket. It was super easy and you can still select from the different price ranges!

@@oneworld8617 Well depends on what you search. You can search by section, or you can search by price which is what I did. You may search by one other thing, but I forget. So once I got the price I wanted and they found a seat they told me the seat/section/row and I said yes.

im so happy for you !!! for me what sucks is that i couldnt even have the possibility of having hope to see BTS. when they play at the Rose Bowl which is near my hometown, I'll be on the east coast three hours away from MetLife Stadium taking my finals AND a week later when the boys at performing at MetLife, I'll be back home on the west coast, in LA :))))) literally Im always on the opposite coast whenever the boys are in America and it makes mE SAD.
ticketmaster has this dumb courtesy policy where you cant leave one seat left open. so if there were two seats open next to each other, I couldn't just get one for me:( like SOME PPL GO BYTHEMSELVES OKAY. even if you go with a friend, they can sit somewhere else bc I'm not their to see you lmao I'm there to see bts,,, I lost so many opportunities to get floor seats because of that:(

The ipad problem happened to a friend of mine, it loaded really quickly but then started glitching (but we think its because so many people were trying to get tickets). Either way we did upi getting tickets, just not floor. Sitting in 15L, hope to see you!
