Then like Naeun, the two brothers might also speak English and Spanish first more than Korean. Since Jooho is the one who could teach them Korean, and most of the time, he's training/has matches. Unless they learn it from school, though.

No this is a myth. Learning more than one language at the same time won’t be confusing for a young kid. They would pick it up easily as their brain is plastic enough to acquire languages they hear. Studies also show that they can distinguish which sound goes with whicj language at an early age.. Looks like his input of Korean and German are equal, from Mom and Dad respectively, so this is actually good. He is just babbling in this episode, which is basically mostly gibberish and I think the writers just tried to include some words in German to make sense of what he is saying. This is coming from a speech pathologist perspective:)
