Not a bad build. However it would be better if you closed the bottom with a piece of aluminum then put the feet on. The aluminum would not only stop the light from coming out the bottom but it would also act as a heatsink and if you polish it would reflect light back up through any gaps between the light strip and wood.
Cute! However, rather than converting the design into a stencil, one could tape it to the underside of the acrylic. Considering it's transparency, one could easily trace it. Hope this tip helps. :)
I am just getting into this epoxy resin/lamp project genre but am really dumb when it comes the lighting end of it. Can you specificaly list all the electrical components you used here. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work.

sir, may i know what material did you use . ? especially for that led and glue. sorry for what i asking at you, but it is really make me want to make it by myself
Just a question...Why would you cut out the paper? It would be more faster to flip the drawing over on the glass and then taping it and then tracing it directly on the glass avoiding all the time you spent cutting out the paper? That would save much time!
Hello From what I understand about what you asked. The plastic box is the one that controls the lights is called the RGB for led strip controller. Thanks
Hello Is a super glue with filler (with filler material). And I used the gas burner to finish the edges. You can go over that step or you can use a cigarette lighter. Thanks!
Hello. Well acrylic glass is a very good light guide. When you scratch or grind deeper, the scratches reflects the light very well. For this, all you have to do is put a light on the side of the Acrylic tile and scratch it as you wish. I used the Mini Drill and Diamond Ball Drill Bit
