Is it not isolated from main city connections? Kindly advise. 🙏🏻
Pros: 1. Price of these flats are low as compared to the market rate in the same sec. 2. Almost ready to move in. Cons: 1. Finishing quality is not good. 2. It will become congested as per the layout.

Location and overall layout plan is good but not sure about the credibility of this builder, I would suggest you to check past projects of this builder as I have heard there are some concerns over it.

Is any nearby CGHS Despensary, if not has anyone tried to write the CGHS authority for opening it because nearby vicinity a lot of Central govt employee residing. If you care and concerned about greater noida area, try to open CGHS despensary with the help of local residents

You're right, although AQI of overall NCR is very poor but since in Greater Noida West a lot of construction is going on, making it worse.

Not recommended as most of them are not authorised, there would be legal issues in future.

Nearby CGHS are in Phi III, Gr Noida and in Ghaziabad. Also there is one PHC(Primary Health Center) in Bisrakh.
