Honestly it kinda adds to why Cloud retired so early. He's an artist. He always said he never liked the battle culture of trying to prove to everyone who's better than the other. He just loves creating and appreciating other people's craft. Cloud was never the type of Bboy to try to roast or talk crap during people's sets.

Round 2 Kaku: Elbow headspin, Basic Top Rock/Hip twists, Windmill-Halo-Headspin combo, blow up into 2000s, back down to headspin, blow up again into 2000s, then freeze. He uses headspins how they're meant to in power, to transition. His windmills go into halos and then headspins and then air flares. The headspin is like the 6 step as it is versatile for transitioning power moves that rely on being upside down like Halos, Airflares, and 2000s. It's like saying Bboys do too many 6-steps lol.

@TheGotzig Power moves are essential friend, but that is allKaku did. Got to showcase the dancing aspect man. Gamblerz lost a few years at the BOTY because it was all power and no team coordination and smoothness. Now everyone is trying to find a medium between the two. If you can be honest, you have to say Cloud was definitely smoother. It is not like he can't do the flares or spins Kaku is doing, but he added an attitude to the battle and was playing to the crowd and really dances

Style on the other hand is completely unique to the individual and displays the bboys prowess in other areas besides only power moves, plus it gives the entire dance a kick of attitude and is essential to use in a battle

For those of us in my generation apporaching 40, we can only be thankful for the artistry of those who can excel in displaying the music behind the battle and one who can showcase the BBOY attitude. In the beginning, it was about style, form, and playing to the corwd and music. Sure, power moves have evolved and made it an essential part of the battle, but it should not be the only factor. After all, we ARE DANCING and not trying out for gymnastics.

Well this is great..Kaku did a great show but still..Redbull BC one usually takes all of the breakdance steps..Uprocks,footworks,powermoves and of course .. sort of a style. But i hurd you're out of BC one if you didn't catch up any powermove. ;)

@iTechn0 Yeah man... B-boyin' is a style of DANCE. Dancing involves musicality, harmony w/ the music... On beatness if you will. Dancing isn't just moving while music is playing. Kaku is the shi' when it comes to executing awsome power but he wasn't dancin'. If he could control the power to move on point and to the beat, THEN he would get mad props... Keep in mind, this is a DANCE competition. Martial artists can do cool moves while music is playin'
