Your diffuser is probably undersized. Assuming the duct is sized correctly.
Increase diffuser size or reduce the flow . If you decide with the later you can reduce the air discharge 🌡️ slightly ( but pay attention to space dew point ) .

Randomly came across Tidal Gardens in Ohio while down here training for work, I am from Ontario. I have followed you for a bit on TH-cam and had no idea where you were even located. Today was my day off so I drove around with a work partner to look at stores in the area with Reef Aquariums for something to do and we came across Tidal Gardens. We kindly got a quick tour of the Garden House Aquariums and they were amazing. Hopefully when I am down again I can get a chance to see it when you're new building is up and full that would be a fantastic experience. Still cant believe I randomly came across this place, definitely made my day.

Just stopped by the greenhouse today and picked up my first two pieces of Tidal Gardens corals! Ben let me see the new building and it is sooooo impressive! I live about 2.5 hours away outside of Dayton. I’m about to pull the trigger on a new 150g lagoon build as soon as we close on our new house. I know where I’ll be getting the corals to fill it!!! Awesome facilities, corals, customer service, and videos! Keep up the great work!

You are so ahead of the curve and have put yourself in the right position to be a leader in aquaculture. The way the hobby is now aquaculture will be king. for your peninsula tank, you could take some black schedule 80 pipe (or black steel industrial pipe used for running gas lines), maybe 1-1.5" diameter and run it from under the lip of the bottom base of the guard rail (or even the top if need be) to the back wall. you could then drill access holes into both ends so you can run all of the power cabling through it to your outlets.

If you face the black side to the other tanks it could be storage or work bench/packaging station on the back of the stage, it would also create maybe small sitting room on the other side. You could build an aluminum rectangle for the back glass that would match the tank base. this would give you something to lean on too, then add two corner pieces to the front sort of making an aluminum framed tank. Keep the posts extended and use wire or poly rope across the posts to hang the lights, you would probably want that to be strung tight as a piece that sits on the posts so there is nothing really touching the tank at all. They also have those gear screws for automation that you could use to lift the light rack up, they sell tables now with something like that... gut four tables, make them non movable you can still use them as a table and steal the actuator from them

Buy the mixing pump. You will soon get tired of rowing in a suit. 😂 I love seeing this update and things start to come together. I feel like there should be a good way to dump in boxes of salt into the mixing station so you should have to lug them up onto a platform. Maybe something that can dispense dry salt mix by volume or weight? Everything about this building is amazing. Cant wait to see the next update.

Hey Tidal... hopefully you can get your electrical problem fixed. Like you explain it I think it's probably too much power usage on the 20amp socket, so when you ask for power for your lights, the breaker can't provide it and will switch off (inside is a safety metal that will bend due to heat generated by more than 20amps your asking). You can solve this by removing a part of the lights to a second 20amp (like it should be done and what you asked). If this isn't possible you can try to change the 20amp to something higer like a 25amp or a 40amp... not ideal but it's better than breaking your sealing and walls open to rewire stuff... you can calculate your amps by counting how many watts all your lights use and multiply it with 110v (or 220v, dunno what the US uses)... example : 20amp breaker multiplied with 110v is 2200 watts of lightning (or pumps or any other electrical device)... hope it helps and you can fix it fast... nice progress on your place :)

Tidal Gardens - If I know how you roll, I’d say this paddle will not last long. 😉 Seriously man, the place is top notch and I’m sure even WWC and Top Shelf have to be a little jealous and following along. The RODI system is just beautiful and the water mixing station is gonna be awesome. I agree that a platform would be safe and ideal in the future. One day at a time. It’s coming along nicely despite the minor issues. We all know every build has quite a few issues and with a building this size, expect many more in the future. With time...everything will be ironed out and this facility will be in a league of its own!
