It was the Sharmapa Lama who took refuge in Kathmandu, which was the cause of the Sino-Nepal Wars of 1789-92, not the Panchen Lama. Different lama, from a different sect-Red Hatted Kagyupa, whereas The Dalai and Panchen are Yellow Hatted Gelukpas.
Don’t say Indian god. It’s wrong. We Nepali have our own way to pray god and goddess. Some incarnation are even totally belongs to Nepal. However it’s not right to say Indian god. We pray to Nature and Nature is god for us.
