This technician is amazing, he does it all, dismantle, repair, prepare, paint, polish and even wash down the car.
This is an amazing job and great quality. Here in the US this car would have been a total loss.

Where are the protective glasses when welding and passing the radial, one day you will regret not having put them on
They close their eye when they weld it. The goggle is there for grab. But lot of people just didnt bother. And resistance weld is a bit forgiven since it generate less UV. My concerned is the resistance weld does not have sufficent clamp force to form a good nugget.
I think in that part of the world welding helmets or protective glasses are not popular and mandatory.
