Damn, what great timing! This weekend I pulled ancients on my 2 free to play accounts hoping for Ardea, and while neither account got her, one did get Thallen! I already had Valk on that account but had not invested any skill crystals in her yet, though I had about 5 crystals saved for someone interesting. Getting Thallen I decided to spend those skill crystals in him, just because this was my first time pulling him on any account and I wanted to try him out. Glad to hear he's actually really good here!
I wish I had figured out that my valk being too strong was the problem. I ended up doing it with her by cutting Delores and adding laurel and volka, but it took me a lot of attempts.
Just pulled him while going for Ardea. Love the content. I will be doing my best to employ this strat. Don't think i have the gear for 6 yet but hell if i can get to 4 that would be great 😂
Man, i agree, they need to make an epic heal reduction character. I have not really pushed the new gear dungeons, but i finally beat GR1-20 the other night with no HR and that was a pain haha
He's my favourite fighter, lol. One ult kills them at spawn point Another advantage of Thallen is if you time it right, Gungnir returns just when the banshees are in front of him so he's getting the ATK buff while attacking them

You don't need thallen I posted a video in the CLS discord using epic lords no anti heal. You need a1 valk and ajax a0. My ajax was a1 but he wasn't max skilled
Fasti... What are you doing placing anything before 57 anyway?!!! One of the first things I learned trying to beat Stage 6 was to just wait. There's literally no downside to waiting.
@@fastidious_gg at 57, I put down Greed, Hollow, Isolde... And then Vierna when I get back up to 20. It leaves me enough time to ult with Vierna on the archers, and then it's back up just in time to ult with her again to finish off the big mob group. However, I do need to buy myself a little extra time by using Elukas (far right edge of map) to add another slow between Greed ults... But it works
Got him f2p he can do the bottom as well if u have praetus with on other mage on stage 5 with no skill crystals invested,boken set and a max realm tear,maybe he can work for stage 6 when I get a anti-mage 😂

I've had him since he dropped and he has carried me in many facets of the game. From gr1 to void rift. He's awesome great video guys
I use Thallen to tank and kill the physical immune Volka in GR5. By the time she reaches him, he stuns her twice an she is dead.

I use Valk + Ajax for the top row, much easier on the gear requirements
It really isn’t. Thallen easily soloes the top even in a broken set

For vierna strat u want to get her down asap so u can get an early ult off on the archers

I dont have good dps mage so i use thalen to clear bottom side..
