The shot right after this - the tiny hole in the sand that she's looking at in this video's thumbnail - one of my favorite shots in the film - they hold the camera there for extended seconds - making the audience present, in the moment...

I just realized this particular shot is very much like an early 20th century Maxfield Parrish portrait of a female figure in repose, quietly observing. Nice :)

I listen to this for falling asleep a lot, or just calming down. I find the underwater sound along with the music remix very soothing. I love being in the water, especially the ocean. Emphasis on the word “being”.
This video allows me to close my eyes and immerse myself in an imagined, vivid underwater scene. The ability to create this experience is very dear to me. I live in a desert and any ocean is expensive to get to. I went with family to Hawaii once, as part of my Dads navy stuff, and discovered a piece of my heart and soul there. Being able to create an immersive experience with the help of this video is truly precious to me. It helps heal me on a spiritual level. It helps me cope with the soul ache until I can get to an ocean again. Hopefully I’ll be able to breathe, and be, with an ocean again someday. And rivers and lakes can help in the meantime. Thank you for putting this together!!!
The pace and volume of the sounds are very conducive to switching to diaphragmatic breathing. The picture is a good choice for mood setting as well.

This picture of Kiri is soo relatable for me because when I was little I used to absolutely adore the way light hit the bottom of the pool. I could spend literal hours by just swimming around underwater and looking at the patterns of sunlight
Tbh I can't get bored of it even now
Shootout to Kiri for making me remember my best memories from childhood
