Today we install a exhaust system for the Kawasaki Vulcan S from Arrow!
Follow these step by step instructions and this project is more than easy.

I put the Delkevic full exhaust system on my Vulcan S and damn, I couldn’t be any happier. I wouldn’t look into another brand.
That is a great exhaust. I just prefer the Arrow for it’s more mild deeper tone. Delkevic was more aggressive than I wanted on this bike.

When I get the Vulcan S, I won't let it leave the dealership until the Arrow Rebel exhaust pipe has been put on. That 24lbs of weight removed, with only about 12lbs put back on with the new system installed.🏍️😎👍🏍️🦅 Doug
The CS Racing exhaust system looks alot better on a Vulcan S, that's why I installed the system on my bike. The Vulcan S has a unique look of it's own and the CS Racing exhaust enhances the look. It doesn't look out of place.

Ive been looking into the full Arrow Exhaust system too but idk what shops sell it here in California😭 I have a 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan S

Hey Moto, I've been considering the Arrow Rebel exhaust to replace the "angry sewing machine" O.E.M. pipe. What I have heard I'd that O.E.M.pipes from the cylinders weigh 24lbs, the arrow rebel exhaust tips in at 12lbs only! I'll take that weight loss in a heart beat! Have it sound like a real motorcycle instead of an angry sewing machine rolling down the street.😁❤️👍🏍️🐻 Doug

what holds that muffler on to the pipe ?
What did you use to grease the exhaust? Is this paste included in the set?
Put on YSS aftermarket shocks for the rear 😉
I might later down the road. The factory set up is pretty good for my town though. Really bad roads and the OEM suspension handles them really well.
Why would you recommend a YSS shock? Because it's cheap?

Does the exhaust throw a code since, when stock, there is a catalytic converter?
Nope but I would run a tune if I were to pull the spark arrester out. I have put about 500 miles on it since the Arrow exhaust and no issues so far.
So you don't have to tune the bike or get the ecm flashed? I have a Delkevic exhaust system, and I was thinking of installing it myself.
Do you need to put it on dyno, as you removed the catalyst?
Not really but it will most likely run slightly lean.

Will this fit on a ‘23?
I would imagine so. There does not seem to be any real differences in the '23 model and previous models.
There are two versions, one for 2017-2020 and one for 2021-2023. So make sure you get the correct model
Did you leave the baffle in?
I did. I may remove it with a tune later but really the sound is very nice with it in.

@@Elliot-S I got it from Revzilla.com. I actually ordered quite a list of parts from them and took advantage of their reward program and the app Honey. I used Honey on the first order (exhaust, fender delete and fairing) got $150 off. Then went back to order the mirrors and used their reward set up to save $67.

@@Elliot-S Plenty of other places to get it. Arrow is manufactured in Spain.
I respectfully do not agree with your affirmation that it is the best exhaust. The sound is OK, far from great (well its the kawa 650 twins after all, can't make any miracle here), and the look is pretty bad cuz it does look like an after though. It doesn't fit the bike at all. You can clearly see that it wasn't designed to merge with the bike. It stands out and breaks the lines.
I'm usually a huge fan of Graves. Like their name implies, they have the gravest sound of all brand if you guys are really into big V8 muscle car agrressive rumbly sounds. But I was sad to learn that they didn't do any for the Vulcan S (when I bought my exhaust system anyway). So after listening to lots of different makes and models, I have to say that the only one I found that was really really good for that pussy engine, is the SC Raing. I know its all about personnal taste and that's fine if some people disagree. My point is, I usually despise everything SC project because they are obnoxiously loud, they sound crappy at best, and they usually look like someone just took a king can ob beer and made up an improvised muffler with it. Yeah they are that ugly. I wouldn't even put one on my bike if it was given to me for free. But this time, I had to make an exception. They have the best look (the SC RACING one, not the other models), and the sound is both not too loud, and the deepest "bass" of all brand.
22 minutes of video just for him to “sissy-gas” it at the end. Disappointing. GIVE THAT THING SOME GAS, MAN. People want to HEAR the exhaust!
