    I accidentally ordered a big bag of fennel seed. Lol. I’m going to do this with it! Thank you!

    I was just searching for things to do with fennel seeds (as a tea lover), and didn't realize this was a cancer-related health channel. My girlfriend is a year out from chemo and almost a year from radiation for triple-negative breast cancer. I'll be making some fennel tea because it sounds amazing, but we'll be checking out your channel more because awesome :)

    Ever tried it after putting the seed in a coffee grinder, good in bread dough as well.

      :D how exciting! The best time to harvest seeds is right after the flowers start to brown. You'll likely have a lot of seeds available to you if you have a few fennel plants, so you can harvest enough for many cups of tea!

      @CookForYourLife  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      What a great predicament to have! Yes, the fennel fronds can also be used to make a tea. There's a chance it'll be a more subtle flavor than if it were made with fennel seed, but still very delicious.
