Hey alphos you think you can go in detail with someone who is pro with steel emerald next? I dont have enough ways to practice against mirrors, also strategies against favorable matchup against ruby am, less favorable against ruby sapphire or sapphire steel. Thank you always enjoy your videos!
I have my store championships coming up and I'm on the fence about what to bring. I have this R/A deck, as well as a complete E/S bucky deck, but I know there will be a lot of other E/S decks and S/S at my locals. S/S destroys E/S in my experience so I wonder if R/A would be better.
yeah i still think red purple is good but its main thing is queens castle and flynn so if you que into steel gg which in my opioin isn't good i also play one piece tcg and if there is a leader that is a auto lose against another popular one you dont play them and thats what i think with this you could bring up the fact red blue auto loses to hyper aggro but no one plays hyper aggro any more but what do you think about steel song i think that is strong and i dont see a lot of people playing it
People should play hyper aggro more. If it's built right, it still does well against Steel removal, while outracing that deck, Amethyst/Ruby, and Ruby/Sapphire.
@@Xoulrath_ oh I fully aggro I play multiple tcgs and I just don't have fun playing hyper aggro I think it's really good especially with amber amethyst with perdita and mufasa not fairy god mother but it's really strong I'm not gonna play something I don't have fun with though
@@lorcanamans fair enough. I tend not to be the biggest fan of aggro decks either. I personally prefer nice combo decks, or better yet, midrange decks with a combo element. It tends to answer aggro, midrange, control, and combo all fairly well. It isn't particularly strong against any one of them, but it is at least average against each type. I'll take that flexibility and potentially grindy match over a turn 4 aggro win that could just as easily be a loss any day of the week lol. Even so, I do LOVE to win. And the Amb/Ame hyper aggro deck that I last playtested on Pixelborn before it shut down, was insane. I'd scoop to Steel just because I knew that it would be a 50/50, and Pixelborn was already too slow and grindy, with people roping every single turn. But any deck that didn't have Steel, I'd play out, and I was winning basically every single time. So sure, it was mostly just slapping characters to the board as fast as I could, but it also required some finesse in playing a Baloo, Arthur, or Goat at the right time to help close out games against decks that did do well against aggro.
@@Xoulrath_ yeah i just made a random amber amythest deck for fun gonna do some webcam games with it, its aggro but also does combo stuff like perdita and stitch and its not not fun lol but it can be annoying

The best out of 2 format is so unforgiven, costed me day 2 by 1 point..
2 game format is garbage. Most of my losses from Atlanta, I know I could have won in game 3. It was bullshit.
