  • Due to copyright strikes and changes I am uploading my videos again. I'm sorry for that, but I have to in order to move on. I will have new projects in 2025 so stay tuned even if you have seen this video before.
    I lost the desire to create videos because I wasn't visible in the algorithms, partly because I got a lot of copyright problems with the music i used. But I'm taking new steps and redoing my videos and after that I'll upload new material, Hope you understand.
    It is possible to frame a house yourself, even raising the trusses without help with a certain technique. This is part 2 of a series where I rebuild my house after a fire. Building houses are expensive so I will do everything myself, I have a lot of experience and a lot of smart tips in my luggage, so come along on a fun journey where you get to see an entire house being built from scratch, by one person, which gives you a unique insight into house building. Please like and subscribe for more content.
    I will also have some side quests where i will show you how to build furniture's, kitchen, outdoor kitchen and much more.
    ✧𝗕𝘂𝘆 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲!✧
    I have created detailed SketchUp CAD drawings and parts list of the house and furniture's available for a small fee. It took me a long time to make the drawings and if you buy them you support me and my house. read more here: mindsparx.org/s... , Thank you!
    𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
    People donate to me to show their appreciation which is incredible. I have no expectations at all for any contributions but they are appreciated as it is expensive to build a house.
    Ways to donate
    Paypal: info@mindsparx.org
    Or use the thanks button under the video.

    Sorry to hear that you need to reupload the videos. Your voice indeed sounds better. I have watched all of your videos, so I was surprised to see it pop up again. Well, it's a nice reminder to rewatch it. It was fun last time; I'm sure it will be fun again. :)

    As someone familiar with residential framing in the USA, I'm intrigued by the use of the hammerband instead of smaller headers over openings such as the doors and windows. Can anyone comment on the pros and cons of each method? I like it.

      Thanks, but that's not quite true. I have a pretty clear accent when I speak freely, but with a voice over I have to re-do it 1000 times until it's good. 😅

      @@mindsparx1 Just a note on phrases, I noticed you tend to say, "I will show you later." This is rarely used in US English as we prefer the "I'll" form such as, "I'll show you later." I'm still impressed!

    Your natural voice is much better than the AI one! I know that many people hate the sound of their own voice, but it's just our brain playing tricks :)
    One thing about the truss raising looks like magic: how do you prevent the first truss from flipping over once it is in position? I see a single vertical plank on the outer side of the wall that seems to prevent it from flipping outwards, is that really sufficient?

    • @mindsparx1
      @mindsparx1  21 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you, yes that is what i used, 2 vertical planks on each side. The truss is onlu heavy at the bottom.
