It’s a must to take your meds. I got in my head about my ADHD and I was like I don’t need this stuff. I went a month without it and my life was terribly out of control. Needless to say I’m back on it.
Seriously!! Learned this the hard way!
It’s really important especially when your on meds that deal with ADHD or autism Anxiety PTSD any medication for mental health reason conditions it is not good idea to completely come of your medication if you do want to try with out it if possible split your tablet in half or if you take 2 of them reduce it to 1 they slowly keep reducing the dose. But always speak to your doctor before doing so

I used to be a stomach sleeper until I got a stoma and I can lie on my side sometimes just depends on which carers change the bag but mostly I am a back sleeper now
