So happy to delve out of the Americana trap with these performances. The translation was enough alone to strike emotional chords even without the beautiful, knowing phrasing. And my favorite orchestra string, the cello, to top it off!

In 1988 Lara repesented LUXEMBURG in the eurovision contest ....Lara Fabian is the biggest FEMALE singer and the biggest female album seller 'worlwide' of Belgium.

A couple notes : En toute Intimité is said "En toot in-tee-me-tay" and Lara didn't represent Belgium at Eurovision, she represented Luxembourg.
