I was an X-Plane pilot for many many years (right since version 3!!), and left a couple of years ago for MSFS - the visuals were too compelling. However about a month ago I bought and installed X-Plane 12 and haven't looked back. There's just something about X-Plane that makes the aircraft feel much more realistic. Not to mention the easy to use view system and the easy to create airports and liveries and I think I'll be sticking to X-Plane for a while. X-Plane 12 has really come a long way - the lighting is top notch and the performance on my system is much better than MSFS. Sure there are still problems but it just feels more like a sim and less like a game than MSFS.
Can I ask if you have an Intel or AMD CPU? I have AMD and in XP12 I get 40% less performance than XP11. On top of that the clouds are terrible, and the cockpit lighting in some addons a hot mess.
@@matteochewie4373 What AMD? I've got a 7700X (w/ 6000mhz CL30 ram) and performance is fantastic for me. Well above 70fps at 1440p ultrawide near max settings, etc...
I’m sure someone already mentioned this, but in MSFS, if you go to the sensitivity settings for your joystick, you can change the “reactivity” setting so that it will slow down the movement of the flight controls to not react instantly to your inputs. It should give you the same experience you’re seeing In xplane where when you move the elevator full up, you’ll still see the elevator moving after you’ve already reached the stop
Great Stream. I really wish people would stop asking what sim is better. The answer is well known. It is almost like Please tell me MSFS is the best! Like it does not matter. Just fly in what suits you. All sims have strengths and weakness and graphics in most cases is not a strength of X-Plane. The rest is all arguable in some cases.
I am playing msfs2020, I am not using fenix a320, but the toliss a321 and a320 neo are not only realistic made planes, but also have realistic engine sounds. From videos with fenix a320, I can say that engine sounds are not as realistic as it can be
@@a.nelprober4971 I agree - I love his streams but when evaluating a new aircraft the constant interruptions by mentioning people or thanking people gets really distracting.
I understand completely. I try to walk a fine line of being respectful and on topic as best I can. May I suggest checking out this awesome review from BluGames th-cam.com/video/weQcKEkXPuo/w-d-xo.html
@@V1Sim Thanks for the reply! It wasn't easy for me to criticise because I love your streams and your content so much, but hopefully it's constructive! I always try to remember the person on the other side of the screen so I apologise if my comment came across as harsh - I guess as someone who can't always catch a stream live, the video loses some of its effectiveness when in the midst of some relevant information about the aircraft, there's a *ding* and a thank you or a shoutout 🙂
Honestly, it's a rip off, and I'll tell you why 20N doesn't have that wx panel set up..... so they literally slapped the 319 or 321 cockpit and recoded the parameters and slapped new engines on and charge 90 something dollars? At least model the cockpit correctly, ToLiss .....
Today I deleted my MSFS. I can't stand the gamey impression it gives me. Will stick to XP 11 and 12 with my different aircraft. Let's face it, XP is so much better in every aspect other than graphics. Will be a day 1 customer for the Toliss 320neo!!! One thing is for sure...after the 320neo, Toliss will probably do a 320ceo, the changes are minimal. And then...good bye FF! 🙂
Im not agree with you, I don't know how plane do you fly in MFS, but the A320 Fenix is on my opinion better than the toliss airplane, like the most good représentation of an Airbus A320. The nav system, the callouts, the graphics for sure. You can't compare the A320 Neo FBW on MFS to a Toliss A320 Neo. One is free and the other cost a lot.. these two planes (Fenix and Toliss) depend on tastes and colors. Both have their pros and cons
lmaoo the FENIX blows away any ToLiss product. Enjoy your 2009 graphics that somehow also has terrible performance, XP isn’t better at anything. XP11 was the last good product coming from Austin, enjoy that a330 that doesn’t even have its own FMC

Good point, I will have to check this indeed in the FBW. I am familiar with that setting
Great example of an engine out approach. Proves the danger of having only 1 pilot in the cockpit when things don't go as planned!
Great stream as always V1! Now all the Toliss A320 family collection needs is a CEO option and it's gonna be all complete.
I honestly don't know if they will make one because of the FF A320 :/
Already deleted the FFA320 in preparation for this beauty coming out 8 more days!
you wont miss it 1 bit!
what is the differences between a320 toliss v1.0.1 and v1.0.2?
Does the plane automatically give that rudder input if you have a engine failure? Tysm for this video!
very entertaining stream, you convinced me buy x-plane 12 and test my old Toliss A340-600 from x-plane 11 :)
I really enjoy the 340-600 as well. Great great long hauler!
Hello ! How can we get the liveries for the 320 toliss ? Do you have any links ? Thanks !
Love this plane. Hope they make a CEO version soon.
Hey V1!!! Amazing coverage!!! Cant wait to get the toliss and xp12.
What scenery addons are you using please?
Toliss can we have an A380 please :)
If they ever do, that’s an instant buy for me
Which rudder pedals do you use?

Any idea why the Altn fuel doesn’t calculate on the fuel prediction page?
😅😅hilarious well explained as always
Thanks! 😃
@V1, regarding your thumbnail: Next year, to be fair, you can x out the 0 and replace it with a 4. ;)
Hi my friend, your videos are the best of the best!! Do you need to be VATSIM connected in order to get the metars?
You should make a tutorial
On how do vspirit
How do you use vspirit
Will it work on xp11?
A320Neo is for both sim XP11 & XP12
I can't figure out the final evaluation which one is. Positive or negative?
I wish people would make videos and not streams for previews
