Aside from Jerkette being insanely willing to put up with a man who has way too many masks, she is also amazing for another reason. Unlike most MCs, she isn't shy, super-pure, submissive with no real personality and talents but also unlike them, she doesn't have any *weaknesses*. She already has confidence made of steel, excels at all school subjects, has a loving family, can easily make new friends and if she doesn't, that doesn't bother her at all. What if she had even a single insecurity like a normal human? Dealing with Everett, Nate and the others would be more difficult but still, a lovely relationship may blossom, possibly into an even more beautiful one since it would be more relatable. However, that doesn't translate well to Shiloh's route at all since more likely than not he'd take advantage of it to win over Jerkette. He may manipulate her into thinking nobody else would want her, he may convince her to sever her ties with her close ones or win them over too. I haven't seen an exact copy of Shiloh IRL but I have been... well acquainted with an enigma like him who would confuse not only me but everyone around me. I was hoping here for some light as most otome games end in at least a bittersweet way. All in all, I wanted to say that a relationship like Shiloh and Jerkette's is physically impossible to last long AND be healthy.
I would have to agree with you. I don't honestly see a high chance for Shiloh and Jerkette's relationship lasting and/or remaining healthy. With the other guys I do see hope and development in their routes that makes me think a relationship between the MC and them would work out pretty well actually.
Oh, Shiloh. I'm so emotionally tapped out of this route lmao. XD I must say, you chose the perfect games to play together. It's so refreshing coming back to the witty high school banter of Droplets after all the drama in Hakuoki, and vice versa. And now we have a sweet bean's route to look forward to after this shamble! Time to bring back basic respect to relationships. ;D

I think you are right that ending was indeed very Shiloh. I worried that his friendship end will be sorta bland though. Like I'm expecting him to totally not seem to care but Jerkette knowing better then she asks him about it but he still doesn't confess and we are left with thinking he was using us the whole time but she is somehow okay with it because...well because she's Jerkette.
I have finally hit my milestone... I cycle through some of your other older games to makeup for the dead time between 12am and 3pm, and I have now reached complete GGG Literacy. I know understand all the references you make yourself. I used to not know why you demonized Tei and Toma, and who the heck Travis was [ He is totally Alvin's Brother ]. I am glad I've got to do this with my summer, and I only regret I didn;t know about you early enough to be there episode by episode, I would've loved to give you my thoughts on all the boio's, and It would be great for you, me, and Orion to theorize together, but, alas, fate t'was not on our sides. I was in therapy. But now I'm here, and All I can say is that I don;t want to miss one moment of you through this screen, laughing and smiling. Love you, Molly-chan, and thanks for being you. I feel like this ending was slightly better than his full romance route because they went out and all but it feels slightly less the relationship is all from Jerkette. But I definitely prefer everyone else to Shiloh

Hmm you could be right about the friendship end. I think just in general though, friendship between these two is something that I could live with. :P
