SYNOPSIS
Lors d’une compétition de 100m télévisé, l’athlète Chris Cooper éprouve un malaise aux poumons et s’effondre devant la foule mais aussi devant son meilleur ami, Tony Speed.
Frappé de plein fouet par le deuil, Tony décide d’accomplir la requête de son ami défunt : qu’on déverse ses cendres au lac de son enfance, de la seule manière honorable possible, À LA COURSE.
L’hommage attire l’attention d'un magnat du tabac, Joe Blackburn, propriétaire des cigarettes Blackburn, qui décide de commanditer la vedette... mais ça ne sera pas sans faire de jaloux

I love this :) the visual storytelling was amazing here. You are the only Canadian filmmaker I watch, always gives me a laugh!!
I don't speak French, but you've done excellent at telling the story through the visuals. The TH-cam subtitles helped me too! Chris had a heart attack, final wish was he wanted his ashes poured over the lake he grew up in, and Tony vs. blond guy were competing over the cigarette brand, until Tony journeys to the lake as a gesture to his friend, not as publicity.
