Do u have a recommendation for a primer to wear without makeup under sunscreen which gives a full pore blur effect ?

The Elf Putty Primer will be good for that

Hi! I'd suggest you to try UV doux sunscreen instead, it is silicone based, doesn't leave a white cast and you won't have to spend separately for primer as it blurs and smoothens your skin too
