that means the shadow blot wasn’t the real Blot, the Real one is trapped in the Giant bottle, which is called the phantom blot, he escapes from the bottle that Oswald trapped before mickey came to wasteland, somehow, the droplets of the phantom blot caused blotling to spawn and somehow there’s a Shadow blot which is a False one,

The false shadow blot isn't the final boss though, he's the penultimate boss. The final boss is the real shadow blot.

You get a different ending for whether you thinner (kill) or paint (befriend) the world. He chose the paint path to get the good ending
