    Wow! I feel like I just watched myself and my own journey. My brother is getting out of prison soon after 10 years and my sister is still trying to find her way after losing 3 kids to her drunk and drugs addictions. We all grew up on the same abusive, traumatising house. Yet I am here, with two wonderful children, an amazing husband and I celebrated 9 years of sobriety a week ago. I’m going to view a house I want next week, the dream house which I can’t afford…. Just yet. But I know it is in my very close future. I have always celebrated what I have not yet had and gave immense gratitude for what I already did. It is important to understand that we already have it all. We just need to ask and it is given. My awakening came when my mum died. I loved her very much but I honestly felt a sense of relief and calm. Calm for her as well as her life was truly sad.
    My kids will never know any of this, they have the BEST life full of happiness and love.
    Thank you for this video, it was timely that it came up on my feed.

      This gives me so much HOPE!!!! I have a brother whose mental health has deteriorated to the point where I don’t recognise him, a Ma who I had to cut off because of her extreme codependency and coddling of an abusive (now ex) husband who she still begs to get back with her despite his years of abuse and how much he destroyed our family with violence, alcohol, general abuse and neglect. I have been on my own since I was 14 having gone through the care system and I sometimes wonder if I’ll ever be able to get those things I desire because of the home and trauma I came from. But reading your story and hearing her story makes me feel more and more like I’m not damaged goods.. that it IS possible. That I don’t have to be this “perfect person” to deserve good things because they can actually happen.
      This week I decided I want to change my life majorly… a lot of things have been happening that make me feel stagnant, depressed and lost.. I was also attacked recently and it’s been a lot of PTSD… but I feel like I’m just floating … and I know there’s more. I just KNOW it.
      So this is my start. I’ve done the gym thing, I’m drinking wayyyy less (I barely have the desire for it) and now it’s the head stuff.. thank you so much for sharing this

    I have an alternative for this. If you’re going through a really difficult time in your life, it’s okay to cry and be sad. Notice the thoughts that arise that are contradicting but let it pass. Don’t attach, move through it. But most importantly, release it. Then once it’s released whether it’s through a journal or crying it out, then write down the thoughts that alternate to what you wrote down or felt. This is just my opinion, and I’m glad it worked for you, however I do think it’s on the verge of toxic positivity. There’s power in feeling too. Subscribed anyways, because I love you and your story ❤

    • @Ameenah69
      @Ameenah69 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      This isn't anywhere even close to "toxic positivity" at all 😒
      You can acknowledge your negative feelings, certainly but you *do not react* to them. Reacting to them intensifies and amplifies them and has the tendency to draw you into the untruth of your thought and now feeling. Be aware of it, yes. Acknowledge it, yes but don't attach your focus to it or try to figure it out but actively choose to focus on what's positive that moves you from that state and towards happiness. Thats not "toxic positivity" or "on the verge" --that's empowerment through the power of choice.
      You choose what you're going to allow your feelings to manifest by choosing the feelings you're going to respond to .

    • @Lovereems
      @Lovereems 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +13

      @@Ameenah69 Her message didn’t underline that and was unclear, which leaves her viewers to interpret it in different ways. Sometimes when we have a negative emotion, we do need to feel it and process it in anyway we feel is healthy. For some people constantly glossing over a negative emotion with positive affirmations can be really unhealthy, hence why I said “verge on toxic positivity”.

    • @Ameenah69
      @Ameenah69 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      @@Lovereems You and I clearly have different interpretations of the video. She didn’t advocate "glossing over" negative emotions or feelings but suggested countering negative thoughts with something positive and choosing to focus on those positive feelings instead.
      No one needs to “process” negative feelings when:
      1. They are fully aware that thoughts and feelings are the most unreliable and ever-changing aspects of our experience.
      2. Processing means attaching to these feelings, focusing on them, and allowing them to drag you deeper into negativity.
      The key is awareness. If you understand that you are not your feelings or thoughts but rather the awareness behind them, you can let negative thoughts and feelings pass by without attaching to them. They only linger when you attach to them.
      Picture this: thoughts and feelings move through your mind like clouds-the good, the bad, and the ugly. You don’t need to process any of these because you don’t need to choose any of them unless you want to. That’s the point.
      Here’s another example: think of negative feelings as fire. If your clothes caught on fire, would you sit with it, processing the feeling of being burned, trying to figure out how you caught on fire? Or would you put the fire out as quickly as possible by any means necessary? Just as you would put out the fire immediately, you should address negative feelings by *shifting your focus* to something positive, rather than letting them burn you.
      Ultimately, this comes down to one’s level of awareness and understanding of the difference between who they are and what they’re thinking and feeling. These thoughts and feelings are temporary and ever-changing, and it’s a choice where you place your focus.
      This is not toxic positivity but empowering. Only those who haven’t yet developed this understanding are ruled by their thoughts and feelings believe they must “process” through them.

    Excellent video!!! I'm sorry you had to go through what you did, yet I know it's brought you to where you are today, and that's beautiful!!! God says it's imperative to be thankful for it all as He has a divine purpose for each one of us. I'm so glad you are so real and share your true experience. If we are going to change our lives, it's up to us, and we have to go within! There are definitely tools we can use...books, meditations, etc. We must also become aware of our thoughts, feelings and emotions as those are creating our reality every day and until we become aware of them and flip the negative limiting beliefs to the positive, we will continue the cycle of creating more of what we don't want. Having a morning routine and committing to stick to it whether we want to do it or not is what is going to give us the confidence, conviction and beliefs we truly want to hold for our life. We must do that and practice embodying those thoughts, feelings and new beliefs until the frequency, the vibration becomes the norm. Then, as you are saying, we can begin to play with our thoughts as we catch those negative ones popping in and catch them quickly and remember the we have the power to decide and choose better, more empowering thoughts to create the life of our dreams!! Thanks again for this! It's a great journal entry for myself and a reminder to get back into that morning routine and commit to it for as long as it takes!!! ❤🎉❤🎉❤

    The writing it down, is the key point you made for manifestation. So simple that writing is a form of showing up for yourself ~ you actually have to think about something other than self-loathing, self-pity and your past ... you chart either your present, or your future (writing goals) ... Brilliant! Love you, so British and beautiful (soul) ... thanks for sharing!

    Great testimony. As an avid reader of all of Neville's books and lectures I agree that it is one of the keys to Manifestation. Fantastic and the best is yet to come! You didn't want to do the work but... "I persisted ans did the work anyway." Exactly! It does.. and it did become easier because you became that new person. You were "commited to change as if my life depended on it." Wonderful. Thank you for sharing these processes with us.

So many people now speak as if oh do this and everything happens instantly. Because you are right, it takes time and the change comes from inside of the person, from how they think of themselves. After watching that video I actually had a day where I had more fun than I've had in a long time (finally danced again) and I realized I hadn't been allowing myself to enjoy life because I was waiting for "the end result". I did end up going back down briefly from that high but it was just showing me how done I really am with my own suffering. And a lot has shifted in just these almost 2 weeks. I feel so much better and more present and it was like a lightbulb realizing that THIS is the vibration to manifest what I want from, not the suffering and victim mode which wasn't going to help in the slightest. I have been doing affirmations and changing my thoughts which changes my energy and I just feel like I can enjoy life again instead of waiting for when "I have it all".

They say what you see in the world is a mirror of what is in you and you are a mirror of the wisdom in all of us and I see it clearly and I am sure so do your followers. But you are more than a mirror you are a real person and spirit and what a beautiful one at that ! Sure like us

I’m glad I felt called to watch your video today. Like you, I’ve never STUCK to anything. If it wasn’t immediate my brain just rejected it, and I find myself wallowing. No that’s not how life works. There are people that go their entire lives living in peace. Thats because they were born into good energy and they managed to continue that energy throughout the rest of their life. But because they lived a good life they don’t have that drive to go and coach others. The people that have come from nothing, want to bring others with them because they know what it feels like, and they’re pretty much the only ones that try to come back and teach those that come from nothing. That’s why it seems like you have to go through terrible things to get a good life. You don’t. You do have to change but if you are sacrificing anything, it’s just your old bad habits. And as those bad habits leave so do other things that may not have been good for you, but people don’t understand that and believe their life is falling apart when it’s really just reconstructing.

    You are correct and I’ve been teaching and coaching this for 15 years. 100% agreement. I’m also an intuitive psychic medium and actually tell people the same about tarot. It was a larger picture or however. Because we are the core of our reality and everything is a reflection of us even when we use such cards we can use them away because they come to our vehicle. I found a way to use them with client so that those types of things can make the leap Into powerful choices. It is taking me years, but they’re actually our ways in which metaphysical tools can be quite useful in helping the brain and the mind to connect with exactly what it is your teaching.
    Wanted to just put that word in because it’s a bigger perspective than most people realize and it took me a couple of decades to figure that out and put it into practice for clients. Few realize this yet about metaphysical tools. have needed sometimes it can be the bridge. People need to get them to what you are sharing.
