Just a couple of things to add to RB's comments. The Little Mark Ninja amp. is a 1000 watt amp @ 4ohms and the Ninja 2X12 box comes only in 8ohms (according to the catalogue) this means RB is not using 1000 watts but around 600 watts which is a lot and, surely enough for a medium sized stage.
Claus Løber it’s the way he’s playing. Before that point he was picking *softer* and a little farther towards the bridge. Playing close to the bridge can often kind of boost the mids and highs, but in this case it seems more for the string tension. Higher tension, low action, less clack in the attack. He boosts the bass a bit and then plays close to the neck with a much more aggressive style, causing the strings to bounce off the frets which adds a lot of high end attack to each Note. Playing position is very important. Lee Sklar has a dummy switch (it does nothing at all, no wires) that he uses in sessions when someone asks him to change his tone. Flick the switch, change playing position, suddenly the switch is doing so much! 🤣
I bought this head some months ago and it's a fucking beast!! Oh, despite what he says, I play in a grindcore band, and it it's absolutely roaring!

He takes reverb off and boosts the bass and suddently the sound is more trebly and "slap" friendly...I don't understand...
