I got it from sultanpur in Delhi. Shop name is Teak India. It has very good variety of home decore items and that too in a reasonable price.

Around 28 k. Its fully customized. We bought the cloth by ourselves, and then got this made as per the space in our seating area. This normally comes with a square center table, but we didn't take that. We purchased the nested center table separately.
