  • Seville has a small tram system serving the city center called MetroCentro.
    At this moment there is only one route (T1) with a length of 2 kilometers and 5 stops (including the terminals).
    A total fleet of 5 CAF Urbis 300 streetcars is enough to provide a 10 minutes service.
    Usage is high as there are no buses in the old city center around the Cathedral. In the same area there are no overhead wires so the trams have to run on batteries. These batteries can be loaded in 20 seconds during the stops via the pantograph. The Cathedral is passed through a section of single track.

    It would be nice to know the cost and other things about it. With the bright advertising on the sides, they look like moving billboards. They really make the city look trashy. They are so much better without them.

      one or two of the trams they have arent wrapped but the main problem for me is the covering of the windows

    Las lineas de metro empezaron en 1982 en puerta jerez y la alameda de hercules para tener un travia y solo 1 linea de metro ya tendría sevilla 20 líneas de metro y los antiguos planos del.metro habia entradas de metro por el centro de Sevilla que triste el transporte público y lo peor que no dejan viajar con animales de compañía en españa en Alemania,francia,holanda sin problemas en el bus,tren, metro
