I don’t know how anyone can live that close to an animal that can walk out of the water, walk right into your house, & can eat you & then walk back into the water & disappear. Oh hell, NAW! NOPE, NOT ME!
Lol...Gators see people and fi the other way. I actually live in Florida and don't believe the media hype that they are just waiting to kill you. If a human ran out the house it would run into the water. However...walk your dog and he sees dinner kn a leash
Alligators can also climb into trees and ring doorbells too. If you live where there are alligators, be careful because they can also get into your house.
Ok, is building a fence or other structure not permitted or is it lack of common sense? Why buy there if you cant safely use the backyard? I live in Puerto Rico, those are not common at all. The ones you might see are bc of exotic animal trafficking
@@MatthewPCalverttell that to the families if numerous ppl that have been taken by them. Just give them 8' from the shore and build a nice sturdy fence.
Lovely home, a shame about the neighbors.
Yep those other houses are way too close.
The previous owner used to hand feed this guy. That's his headstone in the background.
He started with the hand, then elbow…….😵
That's not a headstone. lol. It's actually a utility box. Probably for cable company.
Couldn't pay me a million dollars to live there.
Look at those black toes on those hind feet. Hes like, " hey man, you got a problem?"
I had a gator in my back yard. We named him "pug eater" and put up a fence for our pug. Lol

A pond is nice to have but I think I'd just put a few Koi Carp in mine.........
In Florida, you haven't the choice.
The only animals I wanna see in my backyard are squirrels.
It's an alligator, they live here too. Be aware, respect them and don't do anything stupid. Enjoy the remaining wildlife or go back to the city.
Typical Florida neighborhood
Urgent a strong fence
U know they can climb fences.

Man, solte lieber bescheid geben, und die Leute rechtzeitig warnen anstatt die ganze zeit zu Filmen.
