1) Mughlai Dishes in Park Circus, Zakaria Street belt, Razabazar
2) Bengali Cuisine in Gariahat, Ballygunj, Shyambazar
3) Chinese Food in Tangra
4) Street food in New market area, Vardaan Market, Esplanade etc
Overall November to March is the best time to visit Kolkata.

Gupta sweet shop is not famous in kolkata. Nabin chandra das sweet shop ( inventor of rossogulla), K.C Das, Bhim chandra nag (Inventor of lady canning sweet and tal sash sandesh) & Ganguram, this is the famous sweet shops in kolkata.
