I know that our American judiciary system has flaws, but for Tory to be convicted for the crimes he has been accused of means that the state had sufficient evidence beyond reasonable doubt. He wasn’t convicted over “He Say She Say” rumors. He was convicted because the state prosecutor provided evidence that was based upon facts taken from the scene of where the shooting occurred. He wasn’t convicted solely on eyewitness testimony, because it wasn’t solid enough. It was done based upon forensics and testimony from medical experts including reports from the hospital where Megan was admitted to after the incident. When there’s a high celebrity case, the DA will make sure that they cross their “T’s” and dot their “I’s” before sending the case to a grand jury for indictments because of public scrutiny. I know some of his fans will respond to me with negativity, but I’m judging the case solely on the dockets that are published publicly with key eyewitness names being redacted. Furthermore, what I notice now on social media platforms is young men calling other men either “Simps” or “Beta” males because they support women causes. Now I’m old school, what we believe is BETA is going out of your way to protect another grown man who wouldn’t give you any time of his day to you but you’re on social media protecting another man interest. Tory was convicted by his peers even though he can afford very very good representation. I see a lot of men and some women who are Tory fans bashing everyone who’s been either supportive of Megan or agree with the jury verdict. I know that our American judiciary system has flaws, but for Tory to be convicted for the crimes he has been accused of means that the state had sufficient evidence beyond reasonable doubt. He wasn’t convicted over “He Say She Say” rumors. He was convicted because the state prosecutor provided evidence that was based upon facts taken from the scene of where the shooting occurred. He wasn’t convicted solely on eyewitness testimony, because it wasn’t solid enough. It was done based upon forensics and testimony from medical experts including reports from the hospital where Megan was admitted to after the incident. When there’s a high celebrity case, the DA will make sure that they cross their “T’s” and dot their “I’s” before sending the case to a grand jury for indictments because of public scrutiny. I know some of his fans will respond to me with negativity, but I’m judging the case solely on the dockets that are published publicly with key eyewitness names being redacted.
Furthermore, what I notice now on social media platforms is young men calling other men either “Simps” or “Beta” males because they support women causes. Now I’m old school, what we believe is BETA is going out of your way to protect another grown man who wouldn’t give you any time of his day to you but you’re on social media protecting another man interest.
