- In this video I show how to deal with a stolen Xbox live account if you were to get it hijacked or just lost all access to the account I will show the proper way to get it back.

You need to speak with a live agent be Pacific tell them you lost your account someone hacked it you need to talk to the agent
If you get a virtual agent say “I would like to speak with a live agent”
Tell them what happened but also gather your information everything you can from the IP address
Console number ID
birthday of the account
The last digits to your card of your last purchase
Stuff like that

I got an email that said they added an email to my Microsoft account and then removed my phone number off of it. My email is no longer linked to the account and they changed my gamertag.

What about a account you buy, but the original owner steals it back and changes all the details and passwords after you transfer the money and before you put in two-step verification?

I also lost all my 5000 hours on a game that they decided to delete the profile of. They changed my email, password, phone number and gamertag for the account

They got me to click a link and got my IP aswell and through the link I put my email in and some sorta code I was by the scammer and now he has my account on his Xbox
Change your password IP adress is also not linked to your exact address either so don't worry it only tracks the area around you house

When your in the chat with the A.I. type talk with real agent. Then you can either chat with the real person or have them call you.

@@BTR_Bocchi Yep they emailed me back it takes around 7-10 days for them to email you the form and after completing it it takes like 3 days from what they told me to transfer everything to the new account

I did that form like 6 times and it said when security proofs are updated they can’t do anything
I did contact Xbox support they made me escalate it to the account recovery team and I did that like 9 times but each time I got an email saying unfortunately when security proofs are updated they can’t do anything because he deleted all my info from that gamer tag

If you still have the account on your Xbox lock screen and it asks for a password it'll show the email the account is connected to also the gamertag give that to Microsoft and they'll be able to help you
