The map itself is nice, but like Choco says, the thermal scope, snowstorm, etc, ruins it a bit...

Haven is and always will be my favorite map. I love how small and industrial it is. I havent played PUBG in awhile....but I would go back for Haven.
Sorry to say that you'll have to remain disappointed, probably won't come back.
Not a particularly popular mao overall, most played are Erangel, Miramar, Taego (aka large maps).
There's absolutely a playerbase that enjoy smaller maps and even TPP, but they're a minority (especially in EU/NA)
I hope you see this bro @chocotaco. I’ve been watching you play this game since ‘19 when I was stationed in Korea now twice deployed to the M.E and now 2024. You got me into this game. Seeing you get that dude on top of the bridge. You shooting out the window and getting a kill. You’re dope and humble about it.

Can't speak for choco, but I had the same feeling with the Mini before, hit almost every shot (but limb shots = high TTK). Now I love it in squads but in solos/duos I still think SR is the way to go.

To make vikendi better they need to 1. Remove thermal scopes and 2. Add more bears
Hunt: Showdown gets a "relaunch" on August 15. Maybe wait some time after that for the usual hotfixes but they switch to better performing servers, completely reworking the backend and reducing trades and cross continent lobbies (and so much more). I hope this niche game will thrive to it's full potential after this.
It's funny that they still have not fixed Quest's obvious hacks with his invisible gun skin.

l can’t speak on behalf of choco and quest, but imagine using a tool at your work everyday, and the tool is more or less broken. You don’t have power to fix the tool that you still have to use, nor influence the situation anyway, although you are locked in (😅). This is how people get burned out at work (still not refering directly to this duo). So, I feel that choco and quest are doing great job!
