- The Finals Season 4 dropped a couple of weeks ago and I took it upon myself to grind the world tour. I was smashing so much I've managed to place myself inside the top 100 players on the planet, for a near 41 year old who plays solo I'm fairly proud of myself even if no one will see this video.

I think I do alright considering I'm not on camera at all, I don't use social media whatsoever and my entire channel is created and edited together on a console. Dude, as a 17 year old juggling school, work, and extracurriculars, getting pats bronze is a challenge. The fact that this gameplay is on console gives me hope 😅 any tips to improve?
just play play play lol. you have to get around 100 tournament wins to get to emerald 1 points wise.
@@dalbertesch8535 Just keep on grinding dude, hope you get matched with decent team mates who understand the task at hand.. that was half my struggle in solo queue when you get potatoes for teammates and you're matched against stacked squads. You just have to be patient and persistent and you'll get there bro, always have a medic on your team too!!

I've been a proud console player since they were invented so everything you see on my channel is literal decades of muscle memory and experience put to use. I use a standard controller and create all my content on Sharefactory on the PS5 itself.. I'm about as legitimate as you can get in this space these days! Do you play with crosplay disabled?
@@DeadAimBowLP No I play with it on bro, some of the folk getting mopped in this video were on pc. Playing with crossplay on just helps with matchmaking times. But with that comes the risk of matching against cheating pc players! Got a video proving there's cheaters in the finals coming soon, it can be hit and miss and very frustrating but I just stuck it out until I hit emerald.

@@eulenfelder And that time was spent reaching Emerald tier whilst getting into the top 100 players in the first two weeks at my age. Still an achievement no matter how many people are quick to disregard the effort. I had to win 80% of my games to reach Emerald so fast, winning games in solo queue with no comms and random team mates requires skill.. that skill I showcase on the channel across many games over the years. But keep hating bro it's all good, thanks for the interaction on my video ✌🏻
@@WolfBornePlays I know what u mean. What i want to say is that you dont have to be good at TheFinals to be emerald. There is a reason why there is ranked. Worldtour has no SBMM and thats absolutly fine. Its a good mode for casuals to grind for something. But if u play with randoms like u you dont learn how to play in a team. If u play ranked in high elo I can tell u its not camparable to worldtour.

I get it, it's not ranked you don't need to explain elo to me I've played ranked modes since they were invented sunshine I know exactly what it means to play in a team with high stakes. @@Isuckatthefinals It's on my to do list bro, just gotta get on top of the content I'm working on (I cover many games) and then I can get back on the finals and give it a crack! I'll make some content out of it for sure too! I should also mention my n3xt 2 videos are Finals related, first being a breakdown of my settings after getting several requests. The second exposes a cheater I encountered in the World Tour.. they both drop this week!

@@Isuckatthefinals Just grind bro, I put in some serious hours relentlessly sweating for every single win. If my team mates weren't medics I would switch to medic as against the harder coordinated teams in later rounds of the tournaments for sure you'll be fighting triple medic teams and if you don't have any ability to revive quickly it's an uphill struggle. Beyond that bro it's just time and commitment.

@@AthulOp-ss7hc Cheers bro, you'd be surprised how often it works on players. Even the smart players who know to just shoot the device on the floor where it lands to stop the effect can get distracted amongst the chaos and forget. When it works it's a nice feeling 😅

@@trobaxtv "my lobbies" were sweaty trust me bro.. several times I was matching folk in literally the top 20, I play with crossplay on so I'm against pc players too.. it was a long grind to get to Emerald, these are cherry picked highlights for an entertaining video it doesn't represent the true struggle and grind! I grinded for almost 100 hours in solo queue, again this short video don't represent the countless wipes to literal cheaters on pc! That's another video I have coming with evidence.
