It's got an acoustic sim... Demonstrating playback of your backing track... You packed a lot of info into 8 minutes.

Way better review. The other guy with big muscles cheated his review by plugging the amp out to an amp cabinet that gave a better sound. Its a good way to set the NUX up but didn't say that the device will be reviewed that way. You told us that its camera audio that I really appreciated so much.
Just got one of these, the tone is killer and the battery lasts a good while. The app includes some awesome effects and the ability to save your own presets! Perfect for jamming on lunch break. By the way, your riffs and licks are awesome, dude!

Like many of us we all have a bunch of guitars- my favorite is of all things an old Peavy t-60 ... nothing is stock on it but the wood is very heavy and really resonates. Used it on hundreds of commercials and a handful of TV shows and video games for Lucas Arts and Rock Star. Also used it on the last Blue Öyster Cult album (Curse of the Hidden Mirror) when we were scratching out a couple of the tracks. With the way the coils can split I can get a hum-bucker to a Strat sound in a studio pinch. I usually brought a Tele & Strat and a Les Paul. But ended up using the Peavy for some reason because people liked the sound. Still have it- looks like a Frankenstein-guitar 🤣
I had a Peavey T-60 when I was a kid. I bought it from a country session pro. It had 18 holes of different sizes thru it to relieve the weight. Dude called it his golf course guitar. It was painted a heinous shade of orange. But the neck was unbelievably good. Stiff and flat as slate. The pickups were weird, however. Wish I still had it!
I got one but mine doesn't sound all that good very tiny. I will try the amp app and see if I just need to adjust the base. Otherwise, it is really nice and convenient.
Cool video! Well you don't really need the power cable, it goes with the rechargeable battery inside for till to 8 hrs accourding to the manual. The latest model has 7 presets not 4.
I'm just curious. I have a loop station (boss). Would it be possible to connect guitar to the loop and then connect it with a mighty air? So no directly guitar to but with loop station in between?
About time... Jimmy Hendrix warped and bent time in his songs all he wanted, and few people consciously noticed :D But some say his time speeding or slowing actually added to the mood and feeling of the song. That's not an excuse for people not to be capable of keeping time with their band mates, of course ^^
I like the concept of this a lot. I believe I would have to try it before purchasing. I have been hoping to see a product just like this only a bit larger ... 5 inch speakers with true stereo sound would be cool. What I heard here sounds great, I may have to hunt one down!

It’s totally custom but you could order one exactly like it! They would know the spec. If you mention my guitar. Keep in mind they are mainly still a custom guitar company! You can order many many different options

I’m trying to decide between this and The Spark by positive grid. The NUX having that wireless transmitter is a SUPER nice feature though…now I’m kinda torn lol
I think they are not in the same category as they price difference is almost double, Atleast where I live. If you dont have any problem with the budget then I suggest go with spark and add a $50 wireless kit. the good thing about your own wireless kit is you can use it with any Amp.
@@wonderwalls3565 nah, I just got a Line 6 G75 Wireless for gigging with. I just use a 10ft Earnie Ball braided cable. But I did test out the wireless with my Spark when it arrived. I love it.
Great vid. Needed a bedroom amp and wireless would be so handy. Katana air is way too pricey but this price point is perfect. Less than half the price of the katana and it sounds really decent. So it's on the way and hopefully it will help me to practice and improve. Really enjoyed the playing. New subscriber!
As Nux makes it virtually impossible to contact them I thought I'd ask here. My transmitter won't recharge from the input so have to charge via micro USB which is of course annoying. Any ideas?
@@guardianobserver6593 hi, it always worked with a lead, and the transmitter works if I charge it with a USB cable, but the transmitter won't charge through the jack, but I did find a positive solution..... I bought a Spark 👍
It certainly sounds better and is a lot louder (not always needed) I do like the freedom of the Nu-x I got it for playing in the garden during lockdown

I see they added a lot of effects, cabs and so on. You will never get a good low end with something this size. unless you sent it to another cab 1x12 or larger the lows will be minimal.

18 hours of amp battery. wireless recharges off the unit when plugged into it
