I’ve lived in st ives my entire life so pretty much 40 years and it’s definitely changed in that time, but I’ve got to admit this is a very nice house over looking arguably the most popular beach in st ives
See the circular paved areas on the patios? They're ready for any hot-tub you want, not the brick surrounded side alley with the electric and water outlet. That's for something else. But, love it.
I watch a lot of luxury properties in UK. Why so sterile with neon tread lights in the ceiling? Modern, yes, but loses the charm of what one expects in Cornwall. Just my two cents.
Lovely home but £1.75mil for interrupted sea views from the master bedroom? The fixtures and fittings look a bit ‘new build’ too- that lamp flex cord near the beginning looked naff and ill thought out. Those strip lights in the ceilings too- more Marbella than St Ives 🙃

Awful house.. not a proper cornish home at all or for locals wanting a home. Not that anyone cornish could ever afford this, it's just a typical yuppy house which are destroying our lovely village. Awful

Wrong. You can’t buy a home like this as a holiday home. It has to be a prime residence.
