For voice and non voice processes, it's mandatory to listen actively and be good listener as well as knowing the job role applied for.

It depends on the designation you have been selected for plus your previous package. PA will get less compared to PD(process developer). If you have experience in the same domain, you can negotiate for PD role

I recently applied for Genpact and they made me wait for 1½ hour in the waiting room and abruptly closed the meet without any notice
