    If i completed my MBBS degree in Ukraine so how can get residency courses in USA ( radiology, neurosurgery etc) . Some people are suggest me to do MPH but i am not interested on it so what i can do after completing MBBS in Ukraine .
    I am not doing MBBS degree in Ukraine but i am asking u because i am interested to do pg in USA . Can i also eligible to give USMLE step 1 after completing 3 year of MBBS in Ukraine . And this news is 100% sure that USMLE step 2 CS never held . And it's compulsory to give USMLE step 3 to get residency program in USA .
    In USA the intership is paid or not
    During residency we get paid program or we give the fees to the university . How much we can get as a residency program student and also tell me about how much we get in intership ..👍👍

      @moeezali78611 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, i hope you're doing good Ansh Gupta. To be eligible to apply for residency you need to give USMLE steps (particularly Step 1, Step 2CK and OET to apply for The Match). Yes, you can give Step 1 after your 3rd Year of MBBS. Step 2 CS is discontinued permanently according to my information and OET has replaced it. It is compulsory to give all the Steps including Step 3 to obtain a license to practice in the US, however, Step 3 isn't necessary for applying to The Match, you can apply to residency programs just with Step 1, 2CK, OET and of course other things like Letter of Recommendations etc. Some people give Step 3 before applying to The Match for several reasons which may include having better acceptance chances or applying to a different category of visa on the basis of all USMLE steps cleared. However, a lot of students are selected without Step 3 and they can clear it in the first year of their residencies and yes, this is allowed by their institution. Yes, you get a stipend/salary when you start your residency and although it varies from specialty to specialty, place to place, on average, from what I've read, it's around $4-5k

    I hope you realize that there once was a time when you could have gotten a full-service breakfast on board an Amtrak train in the eastern US like the one you are on. I hear that it is in the works for this to be returned, but just know that only being able to get breakfast from the cafe car has NOT been the norm for the past several decades. The train you are on, the Cardinal, is unique in that it did not have a proper dining car, but half of the cafe car was used as one, with tablecloths, plates, and cutlery and the food served by a waiter/server. This was stopped in 2017/18 or so and I won't get into the reasons cause I will only get angrier.
    As for you missing your stop - one, the conductor should have warned you sometime after leaving Philadelphia 30th Street Station that the next stop was Trenton in about half an hour and you should start gathering your things. For coach passengers on a long distance train, the conductors usually put a piece of paper above your seat with your station code written on it so they know how far you're going. So, I am confused as to how both the conductor (and you) managed to miss your stop, also since it says it on your ticket. Granted, going north towards NYC, all stops after Alexandria, Virginia are drop-off only, so the train MAY be running ahead of schedule and will only stop long enough to drop off passengers and carry on. Well, you know for next time.

      ^ Maybe because he wanted to take a train? Hence the whole point of his video? Maybe he wanted a more comfortable ride without the hassles of security check, tight restrictions on baggage allowance, and slightly better food? Maybe because riding the train is the most environmentally friendly way to travel and wanted to reduce his carbon footprint? All sorts of very good reasons. You should try the train sometime.
