+Otzdarva Also, in the NW test version the boss was called just that, Skeleton Lord. I think it meant to imply that there was a hivemind of sorts behind all of the skeletons.
For me, the Skeleton Lords was a really easy boss fight but I liked the theme that plays during the fight, so I'm glad it's finally gotten a piano adaptation. Great work once again!
+shadowbloke Yeah, I had pretty much the same experience with the skeleton lords...it's kind of a shame, because in DS1 it was usually the other way around. (good + epic fights had good + epic music...man, that artorias fight....)
+art88tum Thanks, man! I often wish I could play my (harder) arrangements like you can, so I'm really happy when I see someone else playing them, that's why I asked/demanded it from you.^^ ...I also wish you'd make sheet music for your arrangements, but I guess you can't have everything T.T (Also: check your inbox, I have sent you a messag. TH-cam tends to mess up with them a lot, so maybe it went into your spam folder. (It's not spam, I promise))
I played this song. Thought for a moment it needed something, and I found what, but I wanted to make sure by replaying it. Before listening to it again, I proceeded to make a huge fancy dinner, got wine and lobster going, put it on my most expensive plates and silverware, dimmed the lights a little for the atmosphere. Walked back to the computer, turned it up full blast. Played the song, and plate by plate proceeded to drop it on the ground (shattering it in the process) in that "Oh my god this is so spectacular I forgot to hold my plate/glasses moment." (which was what was missing) Then proceeded to have 9 other similar fantasies of "Oh my god this music is so amazing that something else happens". I want to marry you, sir.
Awesome, but do you "transcribe" these by ear? Without the original sheet music? Because I was trying to see if I could find Alonne's original script and figure out what the lyrics mean. Do you know where I could get it?
+Souls Fanatic Yup, almost everything (including this one) is done by ear. When it isn't done by ear alone, it means I found some sheet music by someone else, through using google, in which case I stil always have to transcribe some parts by ear. That's also my suggestion for the Alonne script: google. (There is no special source for these things, at least none that I'm aware of. If you find one, please share it with me^^)
Hi, great work! I'm curious on whether this is your own performance or from a sheet music player. Am planning to arrange and play a theme by myself. Any tips are appreciated :)
This is incredible! Have you considered doing an arrangement of the Dark Souls I main menu music? That's my favorite music from all of the games (except for Gwyn's theme).
+Meowculus Rift Verdegrand/TheUrbanOrb has done that one very well already. (In his video it says that the piece is called 'Souls of Fire'). It's not my favourite piece from the Souls series, but I like it very much too, and it was arranged very well: th-cam.com/video/sWeodTbipcg/w-d-xo.html (on his channel you can also find the sheet music)
I wanna get off this ride, Mr. Bones.
+BlackjackRukiWong Only the deaf can know peace from this ride!
Too spooky for meeee.
MY FAV SONG! YOU DID IT!!!!

+Otzdarva Ah, that's possible as well...Still, I want these 'lore implications' to stop messing with my track/boss names. >.>
Most underrated ds2 track
Yeah, it's my favourite boss theme from vanilla DS2.
It's my second favorite DS2 theme, after Nashandra's theme.
Translates surprisingly well to piano.
+DraconicLich It took a ton of work to get it to work on a piano though...
I can imagine someone headbanging like some crazy person while playing this
+Ong Yin Zhe A metal cover would definitely fit...

Yeah Artorias was an epic fight. Kalameet was another good one from the DS1 DLC but my God was it hard!
Amazing
