    Lots of Breaking failure issues are coming due to over loading/ improper maintenance (high work force applied per shed technician) etc

    Considering the last point you stated in your video, I would like to say that if route relay interlocking system was working properly, the point couldn't remain open for WAG12 to go to the next track when WDG4 has already been given clearance from the opposite side. In this case WAG12 would have gone straight. Malfunctioning at point may be the possible reason behind the accident.

    Yes sir you are absolutely right that if the signal was Red then the tracks should not be aligned to another track .
    I think it's a system error or a big plan to stop one of the train from break failure.......

    It was WAG 12 which was Fully loaded and hit the coming WDG 4 twins in the opposite direction but the maximum damage was of WAG 12 with loco pilot injured, wagons derailed of coal, WAG12 bogie terribly damaged and most importantly it was like a ICF coach telescope collision which one unit went into the another.
    On the other hand WDG 4 was very little damage and almost like nothing happened, loco pilots safe even tho the freight of WDG 4 was empty.
    So shouldn't we also blame the technology of WAG12 for not able to handle even slightly gradient drops, for failed braking system, low quality loco pilot safety(telescopic ICF coach collision) and overall a weak design, it's true that human error is there here but this is another aspect to think about 🙏
    Sir and also please make a video of both these locomotives WDG 4 and WAG 12 comparison in this accident case because I feel this is another aspect to take a look.

      You Are Absolutely Right brother But no one gonna look at this aspects because after all WAG 12 Is sign of development for Indian Railways no one cares if its safe or not looking at the power and build quality WDG4 is far better than WAG 12 Still they made it just to show off the thing so called "devlopment" Peoples still supports WAG 12 Cause of wrong information given by so many youtubers!

      @@sameerzunjani1079 even I feel a little bit more improvement in emd locomotives then the railways can have a much more fuel efficient (better then electrics using coal) and better traction as wdg4 is already successful in the highest traction class of locomotives in Indian railways

    That's why Diesel Locomotives are best suited for handling heavy loads...They are built much heavier and stronger...Clearly it can be seen that WAG-12 has been damaged more... whereas WDG-4 has very slight damage...

    अगर Signal Red था तो Point की Setting नहीं हो सकती. दूसरा, दोनों Drivers ने Breaks क्यों apply नहीं किये होगें. 'कवच' लगा होता तो मानवीय व आर्थिक क्षति रुक सकती थी. कवच की Trial को अरसा हो गया, अब देरी क्यों है और कब तक लग जायगा. इसका मतलब ये ढलान तो Passenger Trains के लिए भी Risky होगी.

    Mere samne hi hui thi us din meri train thi sultanpur se shramjivi raat ko 11:30 me magar subha me 5 bje train aayee jabki sultanpur se ek station pichhe train time par aa chuki thi magar isi wajah se train late hui aur patna bhi 12:10 me pahuncha office ke liye late ho gaya tha late hi pahuncha office jiske liye mujhe bohot sunna pada

    If track is set only then signal became off ie green or yellow. So it's truth that signal would be green and set and locked that's why train went to other path. Signal department is totally responsible for this mistake.

    Jaab taak track switch nahi hoga taab taak signal Danger hi rahega..
    And increase train aagr slip vi karta toh woh straight direction main jata...
    But in this case...Signal Danger tha but track switch kardiya gaya...toh yaha galtii Signal system ki hai

    BMBS ke bare me Jo v bola gya h wo to sahi h,but ek hi track pr Head to head collision tb hi possible h jb point favour me set ho,lekin signal Danger (red)hone pr point division ke badle main line me hi set hoga jiske Karan train Sidhi line me aage ki or badh jaayegi,or collision nhi hoga , but ye head to head collision ka mamla hi to isme signalling department ki poori galti h kyunki point division line me set thi Jo ki nhi hona chahiye tha

    But agar Home signal red tha to tracks up line ki taraf switch kyu hui Hui thi??Agar home signal me caution ke sath rout indicator diya rehta tabhi to vo tracks switch rehta....agar red signal hota bhi agar train me jyada load hone se braking effect kam hota tab bhi train down line per hi roll karti naki up line pe switch karti!

    Amitbhai agar signal red hota to WGD12 LOCO pilot 100 meter pehle hi khadi kar deta. Track already sett kar diye the. Aur load ke chalte brake nahi laga. Ye reason ho sakta hai. Aur 2nd ki itna powerful loco hone ke baad bhi breaking system kaise kaam nahi kar paya. Aur jab RDSO KO pata tha ye pehle se to modification kyu naahi kiya.

    Jab signal red tha to track main line pe hi set hona tha aur train main line pe hi age jati lekin Mujhe ye Samajh nahi Aya ki signal red hone par bhi track switch kaise Hua. Isme signalling system ki problem hai naki locopilot aur signaling department ki.

    Slope hai to kya hua, ye kaise possible hai ki track set bhi ho jaye aur red signal bhi ho .Rail signal tha to train stop hogi ýa phir break fail hoga to seedhe track se straight aage badh jayegi without crossing .Ye railway ki sirph aur sirph leepa poti hai .Dec 2022 mein bh8 jharkhand mein aisa hi head on collision hua tha jisme WAG 9 aur WAG 7 ,BOTH double headed ,takra gaye the .Aaj tak koi reason Saamne nahin aaya hai .Jyada automation hone se jyada laparwahi sur mastee aa jati hai .

    Indeed fault in signal department ,as per rule of GR durig crossing first points and clamps must be set and then signal lower with diversion with coution ,so in this case point was set and signal was lower so train move toward crossing

    ये घटना मेरे सामने हुई आप लोग कुछ नही जानते है मैं वही पर था दर असल बात ये थी की सुल्तानपुर को जो माल गाड़ी जा रही थी । उसका लोको पायलट और स्टेसन मास्टर पुराने दोस्त थे । तो वादा ये हुआ की जब आप स्टेसन पर आओगे तो चाय पी के जाना और मिल के जाना स्टेसन मास्टर ने चाय आर्डर कर दी थी की अचानक दूसरी तरफ से एक और माल गाड़ी आगयी अब दोस्त लोको पायलट को लगा की कही ऐसा न हो की ये चाय पी जाये मेरी वो रेड सिंग्नल तोड़ते हुए अपने स्टेसन मास्टर दोस्त से मिलने की ख़ुशी में जा रहा था फुल स्पीड में और टक्कर हो गयी । बाद में पता चला की see more..........

    अमित भाई मुझे रेल्वे की दलील गले नही उतर रही। उनके अनुसार WAG 12 ढलान पर फिसलकर दूसरे ट्रैक पर चला गया। अगर ट्रेक सही सैट होता तो ऐसा सम्भव ही नहीं होता। ट्रेक तो पूरी तरह से WAG 12 वाली मालगाड़ी के लिये सैट था। तभी तो वो अपने ट्रैक से आसानी से दूसरे ट्रैक पर चला गया। दूसरे ट्रैक का ज्वाईन्ट भी इसी के लिये सैट था‌। अगर नहीं होता तो WAG 12 को ज्वाइंट पर ही डीरेल हो जाना था, तब वो WAG 4 तक पहुंचता ही नहीं, और ना ही दोनों लोकोमोटिव को इतना नुक्सान नहीं होता। गलती सिग्नलिंग और ट्रैक सैटिंगकी लगती है।

    Railway ki red signal wali theory gale ke neeche nahi utar Rahi hai,ek sawal phir bhi un solved hai ki agar wag 12 ke liye signal red tha ,to phir points and crossover kaise apne AAP set ho gaye jisse head-on collision ho gaya.yeh to sarasar railway ke cabin man ya station master ki galti hai.

    सर सिंगनल और प्वाइंट एक दूसरे से जुड़े रहते है, अगर सिगनल रेड है तो प्वाइंट सेट लॉक नहीं होना चाहिए था ,रेड पोजीशन में प्वाइंट नॉर्मल रहना चाहिए था, अगर नॉर्मल प्वाइंट रहता तो ट्रेन सामने चली जाती और टकराव नहीं होती ओवर सूट होने के बावजूद भी.... बाकी हम किसी को ब्लेम nhi करना चाहते है......

    Train brake was failed actually because if signal has been red then track not in aligning position nd train collapse or derailed
    Here this was complete mistake from signal dept who forgot to detached the track.
    Ashwini vaishnav biggest looser minister since he came in railway ministry Train running status became worst..

    Point of line is not set by Train Pilots/drivers but by switch and signal group of that section. Train can only roll on to another line when the points are set to change the line from one to another. Engines are not bus or truck so that they can stear & turn using stearing. It can only follow the lines.
    If the WAG 12 did not stop at the red signal, whatever may be the reason then it would go straight ahead. Would not cross over to another incoming trains path if the line changing points are set so. Something is wrong there. Pray the driver of WAG 12 recovers soon & say his defense.
